Buzzy’s takes great pride in the preparation of our New York Style Pizza. Our dough is prepared daily to insure freshness and the light crispness of our crust. We use our own blend of tomatoes and spice in our sauce. We use the finest meats, freshest vegetables and only 100% whole milk mozzarella cheese ”No Imitations” to top our pizza. Our Pizzaiolo’s (Pizza Bakers) use transfer deck ovens (Direct Stone Baking) and corn meal (“Not Pizza Screens”) to insure a crisp bottom crust and a moist top to our pizza.
